Ireland – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Risk Management Interim Agreement for the extension of the existing interRAI Ireland Assessment Management S stem (AMS) Contract

The Risk Management Interim Agreement is to extend the Momentum/Civica contract for another two (2) years. Momentum/Civica supply and support a SaaS solution for an interRAl care needs assessment management system serving assessors and non-assessors across 9 CHOs and 4 Acute hospitals. The existing contract with Momentum/Civica had an initial term of 3 Years with an option of a 2 x 12 month extensions. The original contract was an open procedure. The HSE wises to apply *Article 32 (3) (b) to this Contract Extension in order to comply with EU regulations and address internal compliance.
