Public procurement consultancy services to The Arts Council drawndown from OGP mini-competition framework reference RFT 131141 – PAS104F. Nature of this notice relates to additional services required by the contracted party to ensure continuity of services until such a time a new vendor was selected in a procurement process, resulting in a modification of contract of more than 10% but less than 50% in accordance with Article 72 of the public procurement directive where this notice is provided for transparency purposes.
