Ireland – Legal advisory services – Request for Tenders for the provision of external legal advisory services to support DCEE with the design and implementation of the RESS.

The provision of external legal advisory services required to support the design and implementation of onshore auctions under the Renewable Electricity Support Scheme (RESS). This public procurement competition will be divided into two lots as described below. Each Lot will result in a separate contract. - Lot 1 relates to the development of Terms and Conditions for multiple onshore RESS auctions. - Lot 2 relates to advice surrounding the delivery phase and enduring support of RESS schemes.
