The mapping, analysis, engagement of stakeholders and delivery of a Regional Diaspora Knowledge and Skills Transfer Framework (DKSF) as part of the Interreg Europe funded TALENT4S3 project. The Framework must align with the Southern Region’s Smart Specialisation Strategy (S3) priorities and indicate opportunities for ensure that diaspora engagement to support innovation in key sectors such as digitalisation, green economy, and health innovation.
