Ireland – Stationery – Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) for the provision of Branded Stationery and Mementos for Ireland’s Presidency of the EU Council 2026

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) is conducting a Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) in preparation for a potential future procurement of branded stationery and mementos to be distributed during Ireland’s Presidency of the Council of the EU in 2026. The purpose of this consultation is to engage with the market to better understand the range of available products, design capabilities and supply chain considerations relevant to the production and delivery of branded stationery and mementos that are intended to serve a symbolic and representative function at official EU Presidency meetings.
