Ireland – Construction work – Minor Construction Works

•AN POST is seeking to establish a qualification system (panel) to meet its requirements for minor construction works. The purpose of establishing this qualification system is to select a number of suitably qualified service providers to assist An Post in meeting the requirements as outlined below over the coming years. The main categories of works that will be required under the qualification system include but are not limited to: • refurbishment works; • minor building works; • minor civil works; • works supporting An Post Sustainability Projects (e.g. EV Chargers, Solar Energy and insulation of buildings). Most of the works required will be carried out in An Post Premises that are occupied and continuity of business will be required at all times. The qualification system will be divided into the following three (3) regions. • Eastern Region; • Southern Region; • Connaught and North Ulster Region.
