Scoil Bhride is a single storey school containing 11 standard classrooms and 5 SEN rooms, with the proposed works consisting of energy retrofit works to the building fabric (varying wall + roof insulation, improvements to airtightness etc), substantial window replacement and upgrades to electrical/ mechanical services inclusive of new MVHR units to classrooms, heat pumps and LED lighting throughout as per the works package.
