Construction of two number extensions at two properties, both properties located in the Ballyshannon area. The works consist off but not limited to the following: - Site preparation - Service diversions and protection - Substructure works - External and Internal wall construction - Roof Construction - Internal Finishes - Site enclosure, footpath and paving works - Landscaping Approx. floor area of both extensions is between 21 to 31m2.
