Ireland – Construction project management services – Project Management Services for construction related projects to sixteen Education and Training Boards

This tender competition covers the provision of Project Management Services for construction related projects undertaken by ETBs. Each successful tenderer for lots 1 to 16 B -18 Lots in all -will conclude with a Service Contract and a Confidentiality Agreement with the individual ETB. In their TRDs, tenderers are required to identify and commit resources for a notional number of days for the four levels of Project management expertise identified. ETBs reserve the right to drawdown any number of days-(less or more than the notional number- and-or choose the level(s) at which PM services are to be delivered, based on the successful tender’s day rates.
