Change of use for former Corn Mill as guest accommodation in 2 phases. Phase 1 building A (Kiln House); 1) Restoration works of building including alterations to south, west and north elevation and new roof profile and intermediate floor levels; 2) provision of ground floor living accommodation with 4 no. bedrooms above over 2 floors, total 3 floors; 3) new detached service building to rear (30sqm); 4) associated drainage, wastewater treatment system, 9 parking spaces, 1 disabled parking space, upgrade of entrance and hard/soft landscaping works.
