The Tyndall National Institute wishes to purchase a Thin Film Optical Measurement System, for Tyndall National Institute, University College Cork (UCC). This system will be used to measure thin films thicknesses in a cleanroom environment via modern small spot spectroscopic reflectance measurements. This must be a standalone tool.
