Ireland – Coffee beans – RFT for the Supply of Coffee and Associated Products

The Houses of the Oireachtas Commission] (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of the good/services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Goods”). In summary, the Goods comprise: Coffee and Associated consumables as detailed in Appendix 2a Pricing Schedule and free on loan coffee equipment as detailed in Appendix 1 of this RFT. The Contracting Authority is responsible for the running of the Houses of the Oireachtas, or Irish Parliament, (Dáil Éireann, Seanad Éireann and Oireachtas Committees), and acts as governing body of the Office of the Houses of the Oireachtas Service (“the Service”) (further information is available at www.oireachtas.ie). The Houses of the Oireachtas Catering Facilities consist of a Table Service Restaurant (‘the Members’ Restaurant’), a self-service restaurant, a coffee dock and two bars (Members and visitors). These facilities fall within the overall responsibility of Members Services (Catering) in the Houses of the Oireachtas Service and are operated by the Catering Manager (‘the Manager’) and the Bar Manager.
