Ireland – Systems and technical consultancy services – HSE Ref 27770 DPS Mini Competition for the Provision of a Senior Project Manager for Integrated Financial Management System IFMS for the Health Sector IFMS Project, Finance Reform Programme

The HSE require a proven, highly skilled and experienced specialist Senior SAP Project Manager who will have overall responsibility for the operational delivery of the project objectives (client side). The role of Project Manager will report directly to the Programme Director. The Project Manager will be part of the Program Management Office (PMO) for the project and will be assisted by internal HSE staff in the PMO. There are approximately 60 HSE staff assigned to the project on a full-time basis. From the project management perspective all members of the project will be using Project Management Software and this will be managed by the PMO. The Project Manager will be required to work collaboratively with the SI Project Manager on behalf of the Framework Client to ensure the operational requirements of the overall project are met.
