The Maritime Area Regulatory Authority (MARA) invites interested parties to submit responses to this request for tender for services relating to the design of a competitive framework which will be used when MARA launches a call for a Maritime Area Consent (MAC) to be awarded on the basis of a competitive process. The framework will be in line with the provisions of the Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (MAPA 2021).
