Ireland – Architectural services for outdoor areas – Establishment of a Single Party Framework for a Single Point Design Team for Nicholas Street Public Realm Project

Nicholas Street forms part of the historic core of Limerick City and is located within an area of archaeological, architectural and cultural heritage significance. The Nicholas Street Public Realm Project seeks to improve the quality, accessibility, functionality and appearance of the public realm while respecting and enhancing the area's historic character. The preliminary design and Part 8 Planning process for the project has been completed. Limerick City and County Council are now seeking tenders for the establishment of a Single Point Design Team to progress the approved scheme initially through detailed design and tender procurement with potential to include the services for the construction, handover and close-out phases.
