Ireland – Sports facilities operation services – New Competition - Management and Operation Of Campus Sports Centre incorporating A 25 Meter Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, Multipurpose Sports Hall and Other Facilities on behalf of University of Galway

University of Galway, establishing a concession contract, are seeking responses from suitably qualified organisations to operate, manage and maintain their University Sports Centre located in the heart of its Galway City campus, the University of Galway Sports Centre is approximately 6,400m², comprising multipurpose sports halls with retractable seating, ancillary courts, multi purpose studios, fitness suite / gymnasium, 25m 6lane FINA accredited pool, water relaxation facilities, changing and washing facilities, reception / café, administration and support space, and other ancillary areas. The full suite of requirements is contained within the tender documents. As the subject matter of this competition is a concession within the context of Directive 2014/23/EU, where the choice of procedure is open to the Contracting Authority, the procedure chosen on this occasion is the a multi-stage procedure involving negotiations, to award a Concession Contract.
