Ireland – Construction work – HCS 0319 - Construction of 30no. social housing units and all associated site development works at Cois Abhainn (Phase 3), St. Johnston, Co. Donegal

The works comprise of the construction of 30no. two storey social housing units consisting of 4no. 1 bedroom apartments, 4no. 2 bedroom apartments, 8no. 2 bedroom houses, 12no. 3 bedroom houses, 2no. 4 bedroom houses. The associated site works and services consist of the following non exhaustive list: site clearance and excavation works, ESB diversions, new access roads, resurfacing of existing roads, retaining walls, footpaths, on site surface water attenuation, underground static water storage tanks, carparking, construction of new foul and surface water connections to include upgrade of existing foul wastewater pumping station with a new rising main and installation of watermain booster pump.
