Ireland – Technical testing services – ET2408 - Request for Tenders for the Provision of Technical Inspection Services

The RSA is seeking tenders from interested parties for the provision of technical inspection services. The successful tenderer will be expected to conduct Inspections at: 1. Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness (“CVR”) Operators’ Premises; 2. Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness Testing (“CVRT”) Centres; 3. National Car Testing Service (“NCTS”) Testing Centres; 4. Headquarters of the NCTS Contractor; and 5. Such other locations in the State as required by the Authority related to, or in connection with the roadworthiness of Heavy Commercial Vehicles (“HCVs”), Light Commercial Vehicles (“LCVs”) or NCTS Vehicles in locations provided in Appendix 8 of this RFT and in accordance with the applicable Deficiency Guidance Manuals and the Standard Operating Procedures for such Inspections.
