The objective of this Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency (VEAT) notice is to inform the market of Beaumont Hospitals intention to enter into a contract (as outlined hereunder) in accordance with Article 32.2(b) (i.e. the works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for any of the following reasons: (ii) competition is absent for technical reasons; (iii) the protection of exclusive rights, including property rights). The Contracting Authority requires a proven, existing solution for the provision of a Porter/Cleaning task management system. In addition to the above the system/app can track disposed goods such as tables, chairs, and mattresses providing valuable insights into the reasons for disposal which can help identify trends in equipment failure, allowing users to make more informed purchasing and inventory management decisions.
