CeSHHAR Zimbabwe will lead a pilot project focused on indicator development in Zimbabwe, aimed at improving data collection methodologies and facilitating decision-making processes around the selection of new indicators. This work will involve hosting a meeting with policy makers, programmatic staff, and other key stakeholders to gather input on indicator feasibility. In addition, CeSHHAR Zimbabwe will conduct key informant interviews with experts who understand the feasibility of data collection and those directly involved in decision-making processes for new indicators. The project team will participate in project meetings and compile a comprehensive pilot project report, which will inform the selection of indicators by the Expert Group.
