IDA Ireland is Ireland's inward investment promotion agency. It is a non-commercial, semi-state body promoting Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) into Ireland through a wide range of services. A core element of IDA Ireland’s success in the attraction of inward investment has been the development and maintenance of an industrial property portfolio designed to meet the needs of potential inward investment. The purpose of this Competition is to appoint four Agents to a Multi Party Framework to provide professional valuations advice for the purpose of disposal / acquisition / letting / freehold release of IDA Ireland owned land and buildings in the Category 3 and 4 Portfolio
