Ireland – Transport services (excl. Waste transport) – Urban Traffic Management and Control (UTMC) Maintenance and Expansion contract

The tenderer will provide maintenance for all traffic signalling equipment for GCC. The equipment includes all junctions, pedestrian crossings, zebra crossings, traffic servers, UTC software, control room screen wall, control room PCs, CCTV, CCTV server, CCTV display software, parking guidance software, parking guidance signage, parking guidance detection, VMS, VMS software, fibre comms hardware, driver feedback signage and school warning beacons. The expansion portion of the contract covers all traffic signalling required for new or reconstructed junctions and crossings including but not limited to; poles, gantries, lights, push button units, kerbside and on-crossing detection, vehicle detection, control cabinets, traffic light controllers, UTMC units (spot boxes), power supply, comms cabinets, fibre switches, radio equipment, CCTV, junction configuration and UTMC configuration. The contract is proposed to operate for three (3) years with two (2) number three (3) year extensions.
