Ireland – Architectural services for outdoor areas – Multi Party Framework Agreement for Landscape Architect Consultancy Services for Residential Community Public Realm and Parks Projects in Dublin City Council

Framework members, if awarded a contract (either the Initial Contract or a call-off contract), will be required to provide Landscape Architect consultancy services for: stages (i)-(v) of the Capital Works Management Framework or a subset thereof, generally as member of a design team, in accordance with briefing documentation, Conditions of Engagement (Technical) and current legislation and regulatory requirements. The Initial Contract will be for Public Realm and Park Design for a proposed residential development for lands at Kildonan, Finglas West, Dublin 11 involving : -Demolition of existing structures - Construction of new residential units comprising a mix of houses, duplexes, apartments and a supported living facility, associated hard and soft landscaping, defined surface car parking and all associated drainage infrastructure, retrofit and fit out of an existing Chapel.
