Ireland – Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl. glasses) – LA3929C - MTU - RFT for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of an Industrial CT Scanner for Munster Technological University (MTU)

Munster Technological University (MTU) requests the supply, delivery and installation of an Industrial X-ray Computed Tomography (CT) System for the Centre for Advanced Photonics and Process Analysis (CAPPA). The system is required for non-destructive three-dimensional imaging, internal inspection, defect and porosity analysis and dimensional assessment of components across a wide range of sizes, materials and geometries, in support of research, development, quality assurance and precision engineering compliance testing. The solution is required to serve two distinct imaging regimes: penetration and imaging of large or dense components, and high-resolution imaging of fine features and small regions of interest.
