Ireland – Auditing services – Single Party Framework Agreement for Statutory Audit and Taxation Services

The Irish National Stud DAC wish to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced auditor to conduct the annual statutory audit of the consolidated financial statements and the financial statements of its subsidiary company INS Commercial Enterprises. They will also prepare and file the corporation tax return and confirm compliance with statutory and accounting regulations.
