Ireland – Construction project management services – Negotiated Procedure without Prior Publication

Clúid Housing has tendered and awarded an above-threshold contract for Construction Management Employer’s Representative Services in 2023 (OJEU Reference:2023/S 205-644245). Due to unforeseen circumstances, which resulted in an extended construction programme and required additional construction expertise, the scope of this contract will be modified by more than 50% of the original contract value advertised. Clúid intends to direct award the extension of the contract in keeping with this notice.
