Ireland – Legal advisory and representation services – Request for Quote for Specialist Legal Advisory Services

The Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) is seeking the provision of specialist legal advisory services to support the organisation’s preparations for, transition to, and implementation of the forthcoming legislative changes arising from the Residential Tenancies (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill 2025. The successful provider will supply qualified legal expertise to work directly with the RTB’s internal project team as part of a time-sensitive legislative-readiness programme.
