Ireland – Training services – LEAN Development

This URS prospectively defines the requirements for the provision of Lean services in the IBTS. The Lean Deployment Framework will be the roadmap for training, leadership engagement, strategy alignment, project (problem) repository, improvement tracking; The supplier is required to align Lean deployment strategically through Lean techniques; • Review current strategy and support teams to translate it into actions and/or Lean projects taken at all levels of the organisation. • Develop a LEAN deployment programme of work • Establish improvement objectives and apply to Hoshin Kanri when applicable.
