Ireland – Repair and maintenance services – Maintenance Services

Procurement by Co-operative Housing Ireland Society Ltd (“Co-operative”) of Contractors to undertake Responsive Maintenance, Void Property and Refurbishment Works, Cyclical Servicing and Out of Hours Emergency Callouts to their housing stock located in 3 geographical groupings of Counties in Ireland. The Contracts will be for an initial 2 year period, with Co-operative having the option to extend the contracts for a potential total duration of 5 years.
