Ireland – Electron microscopes – Provision of Specialist Refurbishment, Relocation, Repair and Recommissioning Services for a Raith e-LiNE Electron Beam Lithography System

Trinity College Dublin intends to award a contract to EM Systems Support Limited, Media House, London Road, Adlington, Cheshire, SK10 4NL, United Kingdom for the specialist de-installation, transportation, refurbishment, repair, reinstallation, commissioning and validation of an existing Raith e-LiNE Electron Beam Lithography (EBL) system. The contract includes: De-installation of the existing instrument from its current location; Specialist transport and insurance; Refurbishment and repair at the supplier's dedicated facility; Supply and installation of replacement components where required; Comprehensive functional testing and validation; Reinstallation and recommissioning at Trinity College Dublin; Final performance verification against factory acceptance criteria; Warranty covering repaired components and associated work.
