Ireland – Evaluation consultancy services – Commercial Assessment of the Dublin District Heating Preliminary Business Case

DCEE require an independent review and commercialisation assessment of the Preliminary Business Case (PBC) and financial appraisal for the Dublin District Heating Project. The independent review will test the core financial assumptions applied in the business case (capital costs and timing, revenue opportunity and tariff model assumptions) and provide a determination of the timing and cost of operational expenditure that will arise.
