Concept definition is the initial award from Lot 1 - Front End Engineering Design (FEED), Qualification System 24/026 for the Strategic Gas Emergency Reserve. Concept definition is for the engineering design scope for the terminal to finalise conceptual definition and to consider any impacts from the outcome of the site selection process.
