Ireland – Real estate services – N/M20 Cork to Limerick Project - Land and Property Valuation Services

Limerick City and County Council is now seeking to appoint a Service Provider for Property and Land Valuation Consultancy Services to secure the acquisition of land and property necessary for the delivery of the N/M20 Cork to Limerick Project. This is a mini-competition call-off contract under TII159 Real Estate Consultancy Services Framework for the National Roads Programme with Transport Infrastructure Ireland and Local Authorities acting as Client. Notwithstanding the services detailed in the Service Requirements, the Consultant shall comply with all requirements of the TII159 Real Estate Consultancy Services Framework Agreement including TII159 Real Estate Consultancy Services Framework - Appendix 2 - List of Services. The Service Provider appointed under this commission shall provide Real Estate advice and services to the project team during the delivery of Phases 3, 4, 5 and 6, including all the services required of the Land and Property Valuers set out in the TII Publications and in accordance with the Service Requirements.
