Ireland – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – TR5142 - Customer campaign and communications management tool

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a contract for a supplier to provide a SaaS customer campaign and communications management tool to execute and manage the ongoing ‘Is This a Good Time?’ (‘ITAGT) programme within the Republic of Ireland enabling ESB Networks to continue managing a live campaign, delivering email and SMS communications to current and future participants.
