The Central Bank requires the supply of experienced, professional project resources to supplement its internal central resource pool. The Framework Members shall provide resources to join an experienced team of professionals from within the Central Bank to provide a range of Project Management Services. The resources will typically be assigned to high-priority, medium to high complexity and high risk projects/programmes, comprising of a combination of business change and technology component work-streams. Resources will be drawn-down as required during the lifetime of the Framework Agreement. from any of the following roles: • Project Managers • Programme Managers • Change Managers • Business Analysts • Process Analysts • Data Analysts • Portfolio Analysts The Central Bank reserves the right to seek other roles through the Framework Members, but the roles listed above are anticipated to be the most frequently requested. The duration of the framework is Two years and the Central Bank has the right to extend the duration of the Framework Agreement by any period or series of periods up to a total of 24 months, so that the Framework Agreement may ultimately have a maximum total duration of four years.
