Shannon Commercial Enterprises DAC (SCE) will appoint a suitably qualified firm of Architects to lead a multi-disciplinary design team in the delivery of full project consultancy services required including Architectural design, Project Management, Civil and Structural design, Building Service design, Quantity Surveying and Fire Safety design. The appointed design team will be responsible for managing the building design and statutory consents process, construction procurement and project management including provision of a full time Resident Engineer for the construction period.
