Ireland – Construction work – TR3015 - ESB Project 26 Fitout Works Contractor

Refurbishment, Fit-out and Building Works to the Sidings Building. Named Project 26 this is the relocation project for EMP staff at OneDAC to The Sidings, Dublin 2. The Sidings Building is delivered to a CAT A landlord specification and a fitout works contractor is required to complete a fitout designed to meet the business needs. The contract duration will be Q2 2025 to end of Q2 2027 (including a 12mo Defect Liability Period post completion).
