Ireland – Teleconferencing services – Examiner Video Conferencing and attendant services (Lot 1), Hosting and Maintenance of the Examiner Recruitment and Training Websites, Social Media updates, and Videos, and attendant services (Lot 2).

The purpose of this RFT is to seek tenders from suitably qualified companies to provide the following services to the SEC: Lot 1: Hosting of Examiner video conferencing and associated services. The SEC seeks a service provider to host and manage video conferencing sessions using existing platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or equivalent), and provide attendant services in the delivery of same. The SEC provides training conferences for Leaving Certificate Written, Oral, and Practical Examiners, which generally take place from March to July each year. Lot 2: Hosting and maintenance of the Examiner and Superintendent recruitment and training websites, social media updates, and Videos, in respect of conferencing and Examiner recruitment, and associated services. The SEC requires a service provider to host and manage, and provide attendant services for the SEC’s recruitment and training websites for contract staff i.e. examiners and examination superintendents. The websites are SECExaminer.ie and SECTraining.ie. The provider will also provide updates for the SEC’s social media accounts and create training and information videos in respect of recruitment, and provide attendant services.
