Ireland – Training services – Modification Notice for the Provision of Contracted Training to LMETB - Healthcare Support Training

Due to circumstances beyond our control, a new contracted training framework has not been put in place by the Central Purchasing Body. On that basis in order to ensure continuity of service, we are relying on Article 72 of the Public Sector Directive. This permits modifications to contracts and frameworks during their term. LMETB has applied Article 72 (c) of Directive 2014/24/EU. It should be noted that a new competition for these services is planned in the coming month, and it is anticipated that this may take at least 12 to 18 months to continue the procurement process, award and implement thus underlying the reason for the modification. This is not an award notice, but a modification notice of an existing contract awarded originally in 01/03/2022
