Ireland – Software implementation services – TII497 - Evaluation Software

TII is seeking proposals for the supply of an on-line, off-the-shelf Tender Evaluation System (TES) that meets TII’s requirements, with minimal modification, along with the delivery of associated staff training, technical support, evaluation planning and support services. The TES will have two separate instances, one will be managed by the MetroLink e-Evaluation Team and the second will be managed by Procurement Section in TII. The TES will be used as a tool to evaluate various MetroLink's procurement competitions over the coming years. The winning solution will provide a secure, efficient and robust environment for the evaluation of tenders for MetroLink’s procurements, and will enable MetroLink to evaluate tenders in an organised, structured and digital environment.
