Ireland – Repair and maintenance services – Provision of Service and Availability Agreement(s) (SAA) for Individual and/or Multiple Wind Farm Sites and/or the Provision of Major Component Replacement Services for specified Wind Farms only

ESB proposes to establish a Qualification System under a negotiated procedure for Service and Availability Agreements for Individual and/or Multiple Wind Farm Sites and/or the Provision of Major Component Replacement Services for specified Wind Farms only. A high level scope of works to be procured under this Qualification System is outlined in Section A of the attached Qualification System Questionnaire. ESB is seeking to qualify a number of contractors to the Qualification System for but not be limited to, the Wind Farms, broken down by Technology Type per Lot detailed further in the attached Qualification System Questionnaire. Economic Operators who wish to participate in the Qualification System process should submit a response as set out in the attached Qualification System Questionnaire. Applications may be made to join The Qualification System at any time.
