Ireland – Storage services – Voluntary Ex-Ante Transparency Notice- Contract for the Provision of Storage Services for the Camden Yard Mixed Use Development, on Kevin Street, Dublin 8.

Dublin City Council gives notice of its intention to invoke Article 32.2.b of Directive 2014/24/EU which allows for the use of negotiated procedure without prior call for competition to award a contract were there is only one single supplier as competition is absent for technical reasons. A contract will be awarded to GIG Fassaden GmbH for a period of 18 months at a value of 1,888,280.64 euro with a possible 3 x 6 month extensions.
