Ireland – Construction work – Higher Education PPP Programme - Bundle 2 ("HEB2")

The National Treasury Management Agency, describing itself as the National Development Finance Agency, acting as agent for and on behalf of the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science has awarded a contract for the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of new buildings at a number of Higher Education Institutions in Ireland. The contract was awarded on 26/06/2025 to Higher Education PPP Bundle 2 Limited, a company registered in Ireland. At the date of award, the estimated net present value of the overall contract was €595,492,374 (i.e. discounted to account for the impact of the time value of money) which corresponds to a nominal cost (i.e. the sum of cashflows including projected inflation) of €935,147,042, which includes a construction value of €378,904,535. All figures are exclusive of VAT.
