Ireland – Educational software package – Provision of an eLearning Platform

The purpose of this CfT is to secure a Learning Platform to support the planned growth in the scope of Coimisiún na Meán’s role, responsibilities and staff numbers in the near future. The required solution should combine the capabilities of both a Learning Management System (LMS) and a Learning Experience Platform (LXP). The scope of the requirements include: • On-demand, curated courses • Custom-built courses • Virtual classroom and classroom event management • Communication and social learning functionality • Tools to plan and track individual and corporate learning pathways • Reporting tools • Assessment/certification/evaluation functionality • A managed, resilient and scalable technology platform. It is expected that the implementation will proceed on a phased basis and largely, be managed by CnaM with training and advisory support from the Successful Tenderer.
