Demolition of existing ground floor slab, foundations and Tamarac. All debris to be removed from site. Construction of a new dwelling (bungalow) approximately 135m2, masonry block walls construction with timber truss roof and tiles. Along with internal fit out i.e. installation of floors, WC, tiles, kitchen, wardrobes and paint walls etc.
