Ireland – Flatbed trucks – Contract for the Purchase of 8 no. 18,000KG Double Cab Diesel Truck with Tipping Body

The Office of Government Procurement (OGP) has established a contract for the supply of Commercial Trucks to Public Sector Bodies (OGP Ref: KFP073F-01/eTenders Reference: 3787632) Lot 7 of this contract allows for the purchase of 18,000KG Double Cab Diesel Truck with Tipping Body. This is a fixed price contract for the supply of double crew cab diesel trucks with the option of a tipping body and a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) between 17,900kg and 18,000kg maximum. (Vehicle Type: Renault Truck D2.1) This is a Tier 2 (Direct Drawdown) arrangement which allows for availability immediately. ‘Clients need only complete a ‘Notification to Activate Goods Form’ (NAGF) and issue it to the supplier. Once the NAGF has been acknowledged by the supplier, you may order the specified goods directly from the supplier. Completion of the NAGF is a once-off requirement which enables you to purchase the specified goods from the supplier up until the expiration of the contract (i.e. 21st November 2026)’. Under clause 26A of the Contract Dublin City Council as a ’DPS Client’ is entitled to drawdown using this Contract. The contract commenced on 22nd November 2024 and is valid until 21st November 2026. The contracts may be extended for a further 6 months with 1 such extension option available.
