The Contracting Entity undertook a competition for a framework involving the design, supply, testing, and commissioning of water resilience pipeline installation and associated works at selected locations nationally, under the Contracting Entity's qualification system ref. 23-023 for the provision of Civils Works Contractors to Uisce Éireann.
