Ireland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Provision of Technician Services and BIM (Building Information Modelling) Management for Sustainable Transport Projects and other Services for Transport Projects funded by the NTA

The Authority intends to enter into a contract with suitably qualified individuals or persons where the service is proposed to be provided by two (2) senior Technicians / BIM managers (Building Information Modelling) for the provision of full time services for sustainable transport projects and other services for transport projects, together with any ancillary services which may be inferred therefrom, or be necessary to carry out the services (the “Services”). The scope of which are set out in more detail in section 3 of the instructions. The expected term of the Contract will be for an initial period of 3 years. At the discretion of the Authority, the contract may be extended up to a maximum of a further one (1) year at the Authority’s sole discretion. Whilst the Authority estimates the contract value to be €1,000,000 we reserve the right to spend a maximum value of €1,300,000.
