Description
TII plans to establish a Term Service Contract dedicated to the secure and safe removal, transportation, storage, and reinstatement of Heritage Constraints, including associated services supporting the MetroLink Programme. The contract will be awarded through the Negotiated Procedure with a Prior Call for Competition, in accordance with Regulation 46 of SI 286/2016. The scope, known as M190, encompasses four key phases: Phase 1 involves preparatory works such as setting up storage facilities, preparing method statements for heritage constraint removal, scheduling, programming works and surveys, and organising all necessary resources. Phase 2 covers the dismantling, salvage, transport, and storage of heritage items, ensuring proper management systems are in place at storage facilities. Phase 3 focuses on the repair and conservation of heritage items, including developing and submitting proposals and method statements for cleaning, repair, restoration, adaptation, fabrication, and conservation. Phase 4 is devoted to preparing and submitting proposals for reinstatement works, carrying out these tasks during the Main Works Contract or as specified, and reinstating heritage constraints in line with approved documentation.
