Ireland – Architectural and related services – The provision of Programme Coordination & Advisory Services to the Office of Public Works

The objective of this competition was to appoint a Coordination Consultancy firm, who has the experience necessary to work with OPW and the strategic partners to develop a number of important National Heritage Sites to provide an improved visitor experience and visitor management plan using international conservation principals and Failte Ireland Tourism Policy. As part of this objective there is an ambition to protect the site, improve the visitor infrastructure and visitor experiences aligned to the strategic objectives of Failte Irelands Tourism Investment Programme and the Just Transition Programme, to realise the broad strategic ambition set out in OPW’s Statement of Strategy 2023 – 2026
